Autumn is an individual who has shown so much growth and achievement throughout the year both in academics and as a person. She has come out of her shell able to speak up when what she feels is wrong and at the same time assist and aid those who need her help, even without her being asked to do so. She is an amazing young lady, and both 6th grade teachers believe she holds all the pillars of character.
She has been trusted to assist with leading a group to succeed in their academics, as well as her own. She is also a office runner and assists nurse Holly when the need arises when ice pack replacements are necessary. She has been in orchestra all year, video club, and battle of the books. Having so many different things to be a part of often causes students to get behind with work in the classroom, but that has not been the case for this young lady. She has kept up on all aspects of learning, and when not busy you can always see her with a book in her hand reading!
Each quarter she has maintained being the first one to reach the accelerated reader goal and the first to read well over her points while striving to go further than she did the quarter before. She is an excellent example to follow and a great friend to many. I am pleased to award Miss Autumn Allred with the honor of student of the month and upholding the character trait of citizenship for everyone to see.
